WHO ARE WE?
Bia Nua Consulting is an exciting food consulting group formed by Aine Kinsella and Niamh Duffy. Our friendship started back in UCD where we were roommates while studying Food Science (Niamh) and Food Engineering (Aine) in UCD’s Agricultural Science faculty. After gaining a combined 40 years of international experience in blue chip food companies, we joined forces to create a multi-functional consultancy. Our mission is to use our knowledge, support and development skills to add value to your food business.
